A photo was refused or removed
When a photo shows a person, it is refused at upload, or removed later if it was checked afterwards. You get an email each time.
- Upload a different photo of the same room.
- If a live home drops below 3 photos, it moves to drafts. Add photos and publish it again.
- A photo marked Checking… is waiting for the check and stays hidden on the site until it passes, usually within 15 minutes.
Tip: The check is strict on purpose and sometimes refuses a painting or a mannequin. Simply use another photo: removed photos are not reviewed by hand.
