What QatarScanner is

QatarScanner is a free information service that compares public property listings in Qatar and links to each original advert. We are not a broker or an agent, we do not take part in any rental or sale, and we do not hold deposits or payments.

Listings, prices and figures

• Listings belong to the advertisers who published them. Prices, availability and details can change or be wrong. Always confirm them with the advertiser before you decide or pay anything.
• Typical prices, yields, fit scores, commute times and badges are estimates worked out from listing data. They are a guide, not a valuation.
• Photos marked "Sample photo" show the type of home, not the actual property.

Guides and law pages

Guides and law pages are general information, written carefully and linked to official sources. They are not legal or financial advice. For a decision that matters, check with a qualified lawyer or the relevant ministry.

Broker and agent profiles

Companies that are verified are responsible for the accuracy of the details they send us and confirm that their agents have agreed to appear. We may refuse, edit or remove a profile, for example if details are wrong or a complaint is upheld.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated bulk copying of its pages, and no false verification requests.

Our content

The site's design, text, maps, area reports, guides and calculations are ours. You are welcome to share links and quote short extracts with a link back.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it or for content on other websites we link to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
