- Inventory signed by both sides
- Copy of the registered lease kept
Move-out
- Notice given in writing on time
- Final meter readings
- Utilities closed and final bills paid
- Home cleaned and repairs done
- Keys returned with a signed receipt
- Deposit return date agreed
