The quality score and how homes rank
Every home gets a score out of 100. Higher scores rank higher. The rule is the same for everyone and nobody can pay to move up.
- Photos count most: 8 or more good photos.
- Then the size in m², a clear title of 30 to 60 characters and a description of 400 characters or more.
- A map pin on the exact building, three or more amenities, bathrooms and furnishing.
