WhatsApp and call taps
When someone taps WhatsApp or Call on your home, the conversation happens on your phone. We record the tap so you can track it.
- Taps show as Someone, because we don't collect the person's number. Their number is in your WhatsApp or call log.
- Questions sent with the form include the name, phone or email the person typed, and are emailed to the agent at once.
