The law
Real estate brokerage is regulated by Law No. 22 of 2017. Only licensed brokers may carry out brokerage, and the Ministry of Justice licenses them.
Before you commit
- Ask for the broker's licence number and check it
- Agree the commission in writing before viewings or offers
- Pay commission only against an invoice or receipt
